Look for people in the Organisation, Divas (like Steve Jobs) :
Very strong willed, very committed, passionate technologists who want to do something. Difficult sometimes, but his brilliance was phenomenal.
And you need in the company to have some of these people, you need to listen to them, you need to get them what they want and you need to help them be successful (in Sha Allah).
